SALON POLICIES

• Deposit Required to secure booking. 

• No Deposit, No appointment

• ALL DEPOSITS WILL COUNT TOWARD SERVICE.

• 10 MIN grace period is honored for all guest.

• After 15min late your deposit becomes your late fee and *SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.

• Any later than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. You will lose deposit and a new deposit will be required with new booking.

• Booking fee is NON - REFUNDABLE* after 24 hours prior to service.

• APPOINTMENT MUST BE CANCELED BY NOON PREVIOUS DAY TO RECEIVE REFUND.

• NO SHOWS will be charged double the deposit amount. Must pay required deposit to book again.

• GUEST WITH EXTREMELY KNOTTED HAIR MUST BOOK TAKE DOWN OR PROPERLY DETANGLE AND DRY HAIR PRIOR TO SERVICE (If this is something you need your stylist to do please inform your professional when booking. This time AND service has to be accounted for).

• Accessories are installed at an additional cost. 

• PRE STRETCHED HAIR ONLY, unless stated otherwise.

• Coupons / discount codes are applied to service price only, NOT the deposit

• Add on services MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY. This will secure the needed time for the addition. There is no deposit fee for add on services

• Please purchase hair prior to the day of service to avoid late fees and hold ups.

• Check your services before leaving the shop. No refunds or corrections after departure without additional charges.
